FAQs
Preliminaries
An Online Printing System is a prepress solution that connects digital content to commercial print production. It allows print shops, clients, or graphic designers to create, edit, and approve designs online before printing. Most systems use a PDF-based workflow and digital printing output.
It helps organize your workflow, cut down on repetitive tasks, make better use of resources, and boost your business’s efficiency and profitability.
Products
Currently, the site supports eight major print categories. More products are coming soon, including logo and mailing labels, vinyl stickers, catalogs, banners, calendars, door hangers, and raised ink cards.
You can design and customize products in three ways:
- Custom Design
Open our Design Studio and use a variety of tools to create your own layout from scratch. - Upload Your Design
Upload your own file in JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, EPS, AI, PDF, or PSD format. - Browse Templates
Choose from hundreds of pre-loaded templates. You can customize them in our Design Studio to fit your brand.
A Glossy paper has a shiny, smooth finish that reflects light. It makes colors look brighter and images sharper, which is great for photos or designs with bold visuals.
Matte paper, on the other hand, has a flat, non-reflective finish. It gives a softer, more professional look and is easier to write on.
Paper stock and card stock are mainly different in weight and thickness. Paper stock, also called text stock, is lighter and usually used for everyday printing like letterheads or regular stationery. It typically ranges from 60 to 120 gsm (or 20 to 70 lb in the U.S.). Anything heavier than that is considered card stock, which is sturdier and often used for business cards, postcards, or greeting cards. The weight is measured in gsm (grams per square meter) in most countries, or in pounds (lb) in the U.S.
Printing
Our system supports RGB (red, green, blue) for producing digital prints. We have accurately mapped color pallet to match RGB to CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, key) to ensure proper 4-color printing.
300 dpi (dots per inch) is the resolution of the output PDF file.
We use offset printing, which provides the highest quality of print material for both text and images.
Pricing
No, the price list indicates basic prices of products against the speculative quantities. The prices are calculated with regard to the most basic paper/card types, sizes and single side printing. As you know, the final printing cost depends on many parameters: paper/card weights or thickness (GSM/Pt), glossy or matt finish, 2 or 4 colors, square or rounded corners, single or double side printing, quantity, destination shipping charges and the mode of transport. Please use the indicative prices for calculating the basic cost. Once you place the order using the above parameters, we will quickly mail you the final, exact cost.
